Recently, I’ve started to refocus on the process rather than the outcome. Whether it’s spiritual, mental, physical, etc., self-development and improvement takes time and effort. I’ve found that if you are focused on the results, it’s likely you will get discouraged because it’s difficult to see changes from day to day. You might not see the changes tomorrow or next week or next month, but that doesn’t mean it’s not working. Stay true to the process and the results will take care of themselves.
