Skills needed: Day one graphic designer stuff but we did no research so think it's worth mentioning Must be house trained No agencies or people who know their worth Five days in our office in somewhere you don't live Send CV (because freelancers have CVs, right..?) and very specific folio (seriously you must show exactly what we're looking for, we have zero imagination and don't know how a design process works) to project@jobjob.job -- This bullshit is what's making people feel the industry is crashing. It's not. There's loads of money being spent, just not by these losers. Talk to some actual people, book some calls, have conversations with agencies, clients, collaborators and make some real life connections.
