Should you go back to the Caribbean islands you know this winter, or try somewhere new? You’re spoiled for choice in the Caribbean, there are so many gorgeous resorts and hotels and every island has its own things to explore. Here are a few questions I ask my clients to help them narrow it down: ➡️ What kind of vacation are you looking for? Adventure, relaxation, culture, or a mix of all? ➡️ What activities do you want to prioritize for the trip? Are you just relaxing at the resort or do you want to venture out? And what’s top priority, water activities, culture, food, etc? ➡️ What’s your budget? Are you sticking to your usual budget or are you splurging? ➡️ Who’s coming? Are you traveling with kids, family, friends, or will it just be you and your partner? ➡️ What’s one thing that would make this trip exceptional for you? In short, the best Caribbean island depends on your personal preferences and travel style because no island is exactly the same. If you’re interested in exploring some of the smaller island in the Caribbean like [St Lucia/Grenada/St. Vincent and Grenadines], DM me or comment below to book a discovery call. Social media has changed the way we vacation and think about vacation. Not all of the impact has been positive. 🙁 Overtourism is now a global problem, and it continues to result in a declining quality of life for locals. Too many 🌎 tourists visiting one place in too condensed a time can cause stress, damage, and an often inauthentic experience. So what can we do? I recommend checking out less popular, but very similar, alternatives (plus you’ll save $ by doing this).☀️ Here are some popular destinations that are affected by overtourism and some great alternatives to consider visiting! If you ARE going to visit touristy destinations, here are some ways to lessen your negative impact: ✔️Visit during off season ✔️Stay more than a day — the longer, the better. ✔️Support local tour guides, and stay in boutique or eco hotels. ✔️Shop and eat at family-run places so your dollar has the most impact. . #tourism #overtourism #travel #familytravel

🌟 To our travel enthusiasts! 🌎✈️ ✅ Pro Traveler Tip: Allow for some buffer time. 🕰️ We've all been there—trying to cram five activities into one day of exploration. But if you've ever visited a bustling city like Los Angeles, you know that rushing from one hotspot to another can leave you feeling flustered and exhausted. Instead, embrace the art of slow travel. Choose two daily activities, prioritize one, and go from there. Whether it's admiring the iconic Hollywood Sign, strolling through Beverly Hills, or soaking up the sun at the beach, give yourself the gift of time to truly savor each experience. By adopting a slower pace, you'll find that you not only enjoy your travels more but also have the opportunity to immerse yourself fully in the culture and beauty of your destination. So, take a deep breath, relax, and let the journey unfold at its own pace. 🌟 #SlowTravel #Wanderlust #ExploreMore #TravelTips 🌴🌞
