Preferred additional qualification – Experience in manufacturing Industry/legal compliance and IR is must, Employee engagement, L&D, Talent acquisition, well versed in PowerPoint, advance excel.

JOB PURPOSE :
To effectively implement various HR interventions in the zone to ensure high employee engagement level and business continuity.
Maintain smooth IR situation in plant.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Implement manpower plan as budgeted to ensure availability of regular & contractual manpower
* To sources suitable candidates as per MPR and organized interviews
* To track the offer & joining
* To verify monthly bills of manpower
2 To comply with all applicable legal & Statutory requirements
* CTO obtain all approvals & complete compliances under various labour, factory and Shops related laws
* To conduct monthly inspection of contractors' record as per legal requirement
* To coordinate with Legal Authorities and get periodic inspection done under Factories & various Labor Laws
3. To organize L&D programs for employees as per ILP, Skill Matrix, customer & organizational requirement.
* To plan & organize structured Induction Training for all new joined (including contractual)
* To prepare quarterly/monthly training plan for all employees and organize programs accordingly.
* To complete of all central HR activities within stipulated time e.g., PC, MYR, EDR, APR, HSE Test etc..
4 To provide adequate Admin. Related support to like Security Management, Housekeeping & General Administration, Pantry, Taxi , Guest/Hotel.
* To formulate various committee for admin services
* To track implementation of admin committee meeting findings
* To verify bills of all admin related services on monthly basis
5 Plan & Organize various Employee Engagement & Employee Harmony activities in the region
* To track the implementation of action items derived from walk-the-mart
* To prepare annual calendar for Harmony activities for the zone and organize accordingly
6 Policy Administration
* To resolve all issues of employees regarding HR Policies
* To capture employees' feedback on HR policies and escalation to concerned person
* To complete F&F formalities of left employees within stipulated time
