𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. Age at most 30 years
2. Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department.
3. Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
4. Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Execute the full-cycle recruitment Process: conduct employee’s recruitment & selection process that include manpower requisition, prepare job specification, Advertisement, CV screening, arrange interview schedule and conduct interview, negotiation and finalizing offer & onboarding.
2. Prepare job description & job analysis of employees for different position of the company.
3. Assist in manpower budget & planning.
4. Prepare department wise Manpower Budget and Organogram.
5. Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure timely evaluations.
6. Provide support to managers in addressing performance-related concerns.
7. Prepare and draft HR policies and procedures as needed.
8. Process and prepare all types of final settlement.
9. Prepare & draft office note, office order, memo etc. as required.
10. Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
11. Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
12. Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
13. Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
14. Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
15. Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
16. Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
