You be looking around in a candidate for UAE experience and the only candidates being affected here are the freshest with no experience and the guys with international experience instead of local experience!
Have you ever thought about hiring a fresher, training them and get them to master there job and the advantages and disadvantages of it compared to hiring an experienced and skilled candidate? NO .
This experienced candidate will always be in the look in the market for a better job with a better pay and better accommodations. So this guy can end up leaving your company in 6 months to a year and this will lead to put you back to point zero looking for a new candidate to fill this position again.
But with a fresher they will appreciate you giving them the chance and they will work with a package they know below the market and they will be happy and they will stick with you and you won’t be going through the hiring hassle for this job again anywhere in the near future.
My fellow business owners and HR Managers experience is not everything about a job because when your experienced candidate leaves you for a better package, you are costing the company tons of money and expenses to go through the hiring process all over again and the work permits and the visa and and and you already know all the expenses. Because at the end the hiring for a position is a project and in project management it’s always important to consider what’s the company’s best interest with the minimum expenses possible and you are violating both in 75% of your hiring procedures.
