Good evening. I'm Joe Vitale, a Senior Advisor at Bain and Company Piston Group board member and chair of the Automotive Hall of Fame Award Nominating Committee. It's a privilege to support this awarding process in an honor to welcome our next inductee. Please welcome to the stage. The Automotive Hall of Fame inductee Chairman Vivek Shawn Sahgal. Ladies and gentlemen, distinguished guests, honorees and friends. It is a profound honor to stand before you today at this wonderful ceremony. This gathering is not just a celebration of achievements, but a reflection of the spirit of innovation resilience that defines our industry. As I reflect on my journey from a small wire manufacturer company to mother since current stature, I realized what an astounding 50 years it has been. In 1975. I would like to founding mother son with my mother. Are we could not have dreamed standing here as a part of global leader in automotive components generating annual revenues of over $30 billion employing over 200,000 individuals across 44 countries. And it was only possible thanks to the trust of the customers and our partners who have guided us every step of the way. We found it very hard. Every day we work pretty hard to earn the trust so we can grow further today together. The trust that our customers are investors, our people place in US has been a cornerstone for all our achievements. The automotive industry is a dynamic force that drives economic growth and technological advancement. I have always believed that we have the power to transform societies and improve lives. I'm a simple follower of great people who proceed us in this work done in the field of automotives. Tonight, each award recipient embodies courage, dedication. Ingenuity, perseverance, and grit. And that is what propels our industry forward. That achievements aspire us to push boundaries and strive for greatness. I take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been a part of my journey. My gratitude to the Automotive Hall of Fame for the for this recognition. I thank our customers for the unwavering support and trust in US. Ever since childhood I've had the honour to learn from the Japanese and this has given me the experience to do what actually not me, but. Fumes and Madison have done. And that brings me to our people. I'm only the namesake leader of our amazing team and accept this at your behalf. I want to thank all pass. I want to thank all past and present employees or mother son, thank you for being a part of the journey. You are our real heroes. I want to thank my family, my wife and Namitha and my daughter, my son, great son and Ashner and Samriddhi who have sacrificed a lot for me and my 5 grandsons.
