Over the past six months, IPV proactively explored strategic options for DCode Care - a Volo Health Company, including potential mergers and acquisitions options with major healthcare players and synergies within our health-tech portfolio. We ultimately facilitated a successful acquihire deal with Volo, enabling them to acquire DCode Care’s team, patents, technology, and customer contracts. Despite the challenges, we stood by DCode Care, ensuring the team's efforts were recognized and our investors' interests were preserved. IPV investors received both cash and shares in Volo Health in exchange for their investment in DCode giving them a second chance to benefit. We have a proven track record of structuring such advantageous transactions in the past. At IPV, we always stand by startups, offering not just capital but also strategic guidance, operational support, and access to a vast network. We immerse ourselves in their vision, helping them navigate challenges, celebrate milestones, and pivot when necessary. We foster a resilient and innovative community for startups to share experiences and collaborate. Simultaneously, we are committed to ensuring that our investors receive returns on their investments through strategic and impactful support. https://lnkd.in/giBgiykn Vinay Bansal | Ankur Mittal | Vinod Bansal | Mitesh Shah | Vikram Ramasubramanian | Ivy Chin | Jay Sampat | Rajeev Kochar | Deepak Chandran | Babita Chopra | Dr. Anand Banka | Rajiv Indimath | Ruchi Pandiya | Dimple Mirchandani | SUMIT BIJAKA | Gaurav Nayak | Sumati Madiman | Sahil Chopra | Latika Arora | Chintan Vyas . | Swarna Gurumurthy | Anil Kumar Siddu | Neha G. | JAYANTH PRAKASH #startups #supporting #ipv #inflectionpointventures
