Ever wonder how many lives could be saved by better medical technology? When Ivenix set out to revolutionize IV infusion systems, they weren't just aiming for innovation - they were targeting a staggering statistic: up to 440,000 annual deaths in the U.S. due to medical errors. Ivenix needed a diaphragm pump to actuate their drug delivery system with short bursts of pneumatic pressure. Simple, right? Not quite. Off-the-shelf pumps couldn't cut it. They failed under pressure, couldn't restart when needed, and their motors kept burning out. That's when Dynaflo stepped in. We didn't just offer a standard pump - we partnered with Ivenix on a multi-year journey to create a custom solution. Through rapid prototyping and close collaboration, we tackled each challenge. The result? Our new 6000 Series micropump. It's a dual-head, 4-valve-per-head design with a brushless D.C. motor that handles thousands of short-burst cycles like a champ. Ben Powers from Ivenix says it best: "Dynaflo's quick iterations and 3D-printed prototypes were crucial in bringing our patented technology to life." Today, Ivenix's revolutionary IV system, powered by Dynaflo's 6000 Series, is making a difference. It's why we do what we do—because better engineering saves lives. So, what impossible problem are you trying to solve? Drop it in the comments or D.M. us. We might just help pump some life into your next big idea! #Dynaflo #CustomPumps #MedicalInnovation #CustomEngineering #PatientSafety

Camouflage™ coating performance tested in a Chandler Loop model. The chandler loop is a well know model designed for optimal blood circulation efficiency. Typical operating for c.60 minutes at c.30 RPM with 1 IU/ML Heparin. The model can use 10mm ID Perfusion Tubing. At Smart Reactors, we have tested our coating against uncoated tubing substrates, as shown. Results are conclusive. Loop x4 to the left – No Clotting, due to Camouflage Mechanism of Actions. Non-inflammatory proteins are attracted to the tubing surface, hence masking the foreign object (tubing) from the circulating blood. Loop x3 to the right- Uncoated. Clotting is clearly evident. Explore how Camouflage™ can enhance your medical device by visiting our website at www.smartreactors.com. #Innovation #medicaltechnology #smartreactors #biocompactibility
