#truthbomb 💜 When some of us are hurting, we are filled with angst for the other person. There is frustration when we see the other person navigating life with no complexities. Infact at times doing better than we are. Aiyooo …and some of us feel compelled to teach them their Karma lessons-compounded by the belief 'What goes around comes around,' further gripping us with negativity. With the passage of time I realised how disempowering this can be, instead the philosophy is 'What goes around comes back around'. Just that 'comes back around', as a reflection helped me reclaim my power by practicing mindfulness. 💚 Which means what are you putting out into the world? Is it good? That said, I am boundaried person now, self-compassion is an essential part of my toolkit. It’s a trainable skill.
