One of the best things that has happened to me this year was being part of the 2024 class of Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University's Non Profit Leadership and Management Youth Academy. I have seen profound results in applying the knowledge and skills gained in my work. I have experienced this mindset shift of seeing NGOs as mere charity organizations to institutions that are crucial at the helm of policy decision-making. Within the last four months, my approach has moved beyond impacting lives at the grassroots level to actual engagement with the key stakeholders to ensure that the right policies are being put in place to make impact on a broader scale.  I must say, taking the course was an investment that is truly worth it. #nonprofit #policyreforms #ngos #leadership
