Every Entrepreneur Should Hear This⬇️ You know, aside our businesses, we all have our individual personalities and there is a high tendency of it influencing how we run our businesses. But the thing is, you cannot set your business on your personality, you need to be able to take "self" out of running a business. That way, when you're making important decisions, you can be sure you're doing what's best for the business, no strings attached. Like you know, I'm rooting for you. You and the business are two different entities so that even the days that you're not feeling your best, you can be sure that your business is doing it's best ❤️

Valid point Afia Twumwaa Baffour {mssafiabrandcoach} What do you think about the conversation around building a business separate from your personal brand or building a business around you?

Afia Twumwaa Baffour {mssafiabrandcoach} ,you just reminded me of one of my bosses some years ago. He said, my dear don’t mix your business with your doctor attitude. Sat and thought about this statement and was like this is sooo true, because was always feeling pity for my customers thinking about how they’ll feel and what they’ll be saying. After thinking about this, I planned how to separate these doctor attitudes from my business and it really worked. I was doing extremely good. Hope all will see this note and also give it some attention 😊😊😊😊😊

This is so true. No matter how hard we try to hide our personalities it always find a way to show someone in our business! Thank you for this.

I agree with you. Many fail in business because they mix the two. Separating the two and learning what is meant for the business and what is meant for you as a person will help you navigate through different terrains seamlessly. But of course attachment issues will always be there because your business is like your baby. Over time it becomes a part of you.
