Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, whose other name wasVeer Savarkar was a true hero and patriot who devoted his whole life to the struggle for independence and unity of India. Here are some reasons why he is considered a hero: Savarkar opposed British colonial rule since his early youth as a revolutionary. He got arrested and tortured but remained unbreakable in spirit. While imprisoned, he wrote major works such as “The Indian War of Independence”, 1857, and “Essentials of Hindutva” which shaped the ideology of Hindu nationalism and inspired many generations of Indians. It became the foundation of Hindu nationalist thought and organizations like the RSS, when he developed Hindutva as a concept that defined Indian culture as an embodiment of Hindu values. Being president of the Hindu Mahasabha, he defended the rights and interests of Hindus along with their claim to religious and cultural domination over Muslims though this also increased communal divisions among them. Despite being controversially minded, Savarkar was an eloquent speaker, writer, thinker among others inspiring many people through his bravery, selflessness or dedication towards his country. Incredible India (Bharat Sanatan) prevails against all odds. 1. How Hinduism (Sanatan) survived the forces that would kill all major polytheistic faiths of the world ? Every time Hinduism went into a crisis, it is the Vedas that was used to bring the system back up. Hindus built elaborate defenses against all the 3 (Wars / Civil wars, Natural factors and Pandemics). The primary way the scriptures were protected was by having a group of people collectively memorize the entire content of Vedas and then create many, many redundant copies of these hidden across the system. 2. Such a school of Vedic learning is called a Shakha. You can think of it like the Hogwarts without the magic and grand castle. The Shakhas were all independent of each other and built their own code of conduct and some secondary methods of learning such as hand signs. However, by elaborate set of mnemonics and rules, the Vedas they learned was kept mostly consistent with other Shakhas. Recently I tried a bit to smell the narrative of BJP and Congress both. I found out that both try to spread fake narratives many times and the BJP is more fake. The BJP makes fake narratives almost each time. Congress also does that, but not so well in that. So I can say BJP successfully propagates fake narratives. And that's why, the only way left ahead for Congress is to become, the true voice of people. Now they're trying that hard and getting some success. Some mistakes will surely happen. They will be mistaken by many like us, tested by many of us many times. All I want is that they must be successful in raising people's voices, that's where my India benefits. I personally don't like BJP's fake Hindu narrative. E.g. they tried to totally distort LoP's statement, although unsuccessfully. I'm proud Hindu and BJP have no right to command me ideologically how my Hinduism should be. It is pure and unaffected through centuries and infinite attacks on it. My Hinduism will win through this attack of BJP also. They're using it for personal gains, that can never be ethical for a religion which doesn't believe forced spread or propagation too. Why any Tom dick and Harry comes and blames Sanatana Dharma, puts unreasonable allegations against Hindus ,gets away without any punishment? This is just because there is no unity among Hindus ,no strict blasphemy laws and no fear of consequences for nonhindu mischief mongers. This has to stop now and Bharat should be known as Hindu Rashtra wholeheartedly as only Sanatana Dharma teaches how to live peacefully on this earth and make life more sustainable by supporting each and every life form in this universe. Waqf board should be demolished forever and Temple Act be erased to create more Gurukuls by using temple money. Forceful religious conversions be stopped permanently and majority community should remain as it is ,as inspite of creating two nations with one particular community, there is no development seen as such.
