When you think AI will employ its first human?

The belief gets stronger - AI will enhance capabilities !!

#Upskilling is essential for workforce adaptability. #AI accelerates learning curve and automates routine tasks, freeing employees to focus on higher-value activities.

You cannot substitute AI for human intelligence. If a process is flawed because humans deliberately perform it in a flawed way with no checks whatsoever, AI will not magically fix it. Fix your human first. Add on AI as an additional capability to assist. That's the way it should be.
