My latest blog is out now! This blog explores how you can use the concept of deconstruction for yourself, with your kids and as whole family. Deconstruction is a powerful tool in narrative therapy that helps unpack and examine the beliefs, ideas, and stories shaping our lives. By breaking down problems into their parts, we can start to understand where they come from, how they hold power over us, and why we might be experiencing them the way we do. Through deconstruction, we can identify external influences like cultural expectations, family narratives, and social pressures that may have created limiting beliefs.
