5moI purchased a Poco F6 from Flipkart on the 22nd and received it on the 23rd. From the 4th day onwards, I noticed it was not connecting to my car’s Android Auto. Since it was within 7 days I contacted Flipkart & they redirected me to the HSR Xiaomi service center. They verified the issue and confirmed that the motherboard needed to be replaced to fix the problem. On July 4th, they created a ticket for the issue (#WXIN2407040001277). On the 10th, they replaced the motherboard, but it still did not work. Service Manager assured me that he would escalate the issue and resolve it quickly. However, on the 14th, they canceled ticket WXIN2407040001277 without informing me and opened a new ticket on the 16th #WXIN2407160004945 ordering USB HUB. The issue remains unresolved,after replacing the USB HUB. Now no update. Since purchasing this product, it has spent more time at the service center than with me. This is my last hope before considering legal action. I chose your phone within my budget because I trusted your brand. Now, I am struggling to get a resolution, and unfortunately, neither your service center nor helpdesk has been able to resolve my issue. I do not have any other device, and this was supposed to be my primary device.
