2025 is the Year of Community We’re living at a time when there’s more access to information and people than ever before. Along with this comes distractions and overwhelm. That’s why many people depend on referrals from people they trust. Regardless of industry, your goals for the new year likely include reaching new people. One of the most effective ways to do this is by growing a community of enthusiastic fans who’ll share you with others. Intentionally building a community of faithful followers requires some specific elements. First, the team behind your community building efforts must care about people. It seems so obvious, but it’s not. People power your program, and true community is built from one-on-one relationships. That looks like following up, following through, and treating community members with care. Next, your community should understand how they’re part of fulfilling your organization’s mission. They need to know why they’re here and how they can help. Connect the dots for them by sharing this on repeat. Encourage their feedback and be open to different perspectives. You never know where welcoming new ideas might take you. Finally, celebrate progress. In a world where we’re constantly reminded that we are falling short or are less than, positivity and gratitude stands out. Show appreciation and call attention to examples of the action you want to see more of from members. I can’t wait to see where your community takes you this year!

I've done it now! Decided to be brave and create a Kindness Village - it's a community that mixes personal and business challenges. We all have something to learn about our wellness, and any business challenges that we may hit a wall on. The ultimate vision for a Kindness Village is to create a place where kindness is the norm, and every individual feels a sense of belonging and purpose. It’s a community that exemplifies how living with kindness can lead to a more harmonious, supportive, and fulfilling life for everyone involved. Let me give you some information on what Community offers: “We are here for friends, social entrepreneurs for business networking and education. It is a community designed to facilitate both social interactions and professional connections among its members. It typically aims to create an environment where individuals can build personal relationships, share experiences, and support each other in both personal and professional endeavors". There are fours (4) pillars: #1. Help how you can get help with problems you are having professionally or personally with Q & A sessions.. Open office hours.. and like the idea of themed office hours. #2. Action, there will be challenges, progress logs, (a public journal) goals and accountability #3 The Learning Lab: You can read articles, take courses, watch and listen to the Talks. I also encourage you to teach a class as an expert. #4. Connections: Most important, networking, just for fun themed events, support to build relationships. I am gifting you your 1st year of membership on me. It's $465.00/ year annually. or $38.00/ month Use FOUNDER in the coupon space. You're welcome here. 🤗 First, I'd like to thank my friend and colleague, Dean Brown, for today's quote! An amazing share! A strong community is a place where people feel valued. Where members shine so brightly that they light the path for others. A place where believing in yourself is not only encouraged but celebrated. A space to apply talents while nurturing new ones. It's where we have a sense of belonging and where dignity rules! Trusting is easy. There's a psychological safety net in knowing people will have our backs when we need them, regardless of whether or not we ask. Communities all have something in common. People with similar interests have a desire to learn, to be supported, and to offer support. A place to grow. Members define a community. People collectively invest in overall and individual success. We naturally crave community. It strengthens us! I love and cherish my community. There are too many people to mention, but you know who you are! 🤗 “The part cannot be well unless the whole is well.” ~Plato~ Have you considered adding the value of voiceover to your marketing and advertising campaigns? How about your website? I can help you with that! 🎙 Always at your service! 🙏 #community #voiceover #marketing #voiceoverartist #advertisingandmarketing
