As Contract Implementation Manager, I am responsible for the smooth acceptance and integration of our G 120TP aircraft into the customer infrastructure. I particularly focus on the areas of safety, environmental protection and technical requirements. As a direct contact person, I liaise closely with our customers to ensure a successful implementation process. 2️⃣ What motivated you to apply for your current position? The opportunity to work in an international environment really appeals to me. The combination of interpersonal interaction and my technical understanding is an extremely exciting factor for me. I am also excited by the prospect of travelling regularly, as it allows for exciting changes of perspective and comprehensive insights. 3️⃣ How would you describe the teamwork in the company? Due to our manageable number of employees, we maintain an excellent relationship with each other, which often extends beyond the boundaries of the company and leads to strong friendships. This bond contributes to a great team dynamic in various areas. 4️⃣ What opportunities do you see for personal and professional growth within our company? The chance to gain an insight into all areas of aircraft production offers a unique opportunity to acquire knowledge. The high level of flexibility within the company also constantly creates new opportunities and opens up a wide range of areas that can be utilised for personal development. 5️⃣ Which aspects of our corporate culture or values particularly appeal to you? The enthusiasm for aviation, which is shared by many enthusiasts in all areas of the company.
