⚙ The #OMAWorkforceSummit2024 is a little more than a week away in Columbus! The annual gathering brings together the state's manufacturing workforce stakeholders to address the needs of employers, amplify their voices, as well as craft solutions to meet their workforce demands. 👏 This year, MVMC Executive Director Alex Hertzer will participate in a panel discussion on "Youth Outreach and Engagement Strategies". MVMC is consistently credited around the state for its robust youth outreach initiatives, and this session will provide an opportunity to share some best practices. Hertzer will be on the panel with peers from the Canton and Cincinnati regions. Looking forward to Thursday, Nov. 14 - and seeing representatives from our member manufacturers and partners there as well. #manufacturing #manufacturingjobs #indemand #workforce #future #industrysectorpartnerships #mahoningvalley
