This week may be stressful for you, for friends, for co-workers - finding your compassion, empathy and forgiveness will help you through. This week may not be the week to tackle difficult strategic issues at work, or start a rigorous health program. Controlling the controllables is a potential mantra for the week. Take small actions to manage your own stress - a 1-5 minute breathing exercise, a short meditation, moving your body after every meeting even if it's just walking in small circles.
