Your team has something to say... are you listening? 🦻 Your employees need a safe way to voice their concerns without fear of being identified. Anonymous feedback provides honest, unfiltered insights, which are incredibly valuable for any business. But it’s more than just gathering feedback. By providing a safe space for your team to share their thoughts, you show them that their opinions matter and that you’re committed to making their work experience better. This alone speaks volumes. There are many ways to create anonymous feedback surveys, but it’s crucial to ask the right questions and provide response options that deliver actionable insights you can use to drive meaningful change. 💡 #EmployeeEngagement #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeVoice #PeopleFirst #HRBestPractices

Suspect you’re not getting the full "tea" from your employee surveys and feedback? The simple truth is, people don't like sharing information that has risk. Fear they may hurt someone’s feelings. Fear of negative repercussions. Fear of conflict. This stuff is hard wired. The chances of a business successfully structuring their internal feedback systems to paint the whole picture and accurately identify where they have risk and gaps is slim. To accurately assess anything, you need to be objective. You need to remove yourself from it. Not a healthy step for anyone that works in the biz. This is why a 3rd party assessment is essential to gain accurate data and validation needed to avoid wasting time and resources on the wrong priorities. 👏 #Appreciation costs nothing, but means everything 🥰 Today, my manager gave me a shoutout in our ‘Achievements’ Teams chat for an Excel spreadsheet I created to automate data analysis for a quarterly survey 🙌 It wasn’t just the recognition itself I loved, it was the reactions from my teammates: 👍❤️🎉 Something as small as a thumbs-up or celebratory emoji may seem insignificant, but it made me feel so valued 😁 It takes only seconds to recognise someone's effort, but the impact can last for days, weeks - even longer. Whether it’s a ‘thank you’ in person, a quick message, or a simple emoji, those moments of recognition fuel positivity and connection within teams 🤝 It’s one of the simplest, most cost-effective ways to boost morale, retain talent, and make people feel good about what they do💡🎯 And the best part?👇 Anyone can do it! 🌟 You don’t need to be in a leadership role to recognise someone’s contribution - you just need to care enough to notice 🫶 So, let’s make it a habit to acknowledge the hard work and creativity around us. A little appreciation goes a long way in building a more engaged, motivated, and connected workplace 💪🤗 #EmployeeExperience #WorkCulture #RecognitionMatters #HR #PositiveWorkplace 👇 Positive potatoe 🥔✨ crocheted by my manager (she made one for every member of our team!) Kindness, creativity, and recognition can truly brighten up the workplace ☀️💛

Lots of interesting insights in this most noticeably: Behavioral economics highlights four fundamental motivators for fully engaging and motivating workers: 1) Meaning and purpose. The feeling of making an impact on an important problem engages and motivates people. 2) Autonomy and trust. It is critically important for engagement to feel trusted and empowered by managers. 3) Competency and skills. Nobody wants to be under- or overwhelmed performing a job. Most people leave a job because they are stuck and not learning anything anymore. 4) Social interactions. Positive interactions can be extremely powerful. On the other hand, a toxic work culture is the top motivation killer. Why The Best Companies Are A Blast to Work At

Collecting feedback from your community is essential. But knowing what to do with that feedback is just as important. To keep members engaged and satisfied, use a simple feedback process that turns their input into meaningful changes. Step 1: Collect Feedback Regularly Start with easy ways to gather input…like quick polls, surveys, or a dedicated feedback thread. Keep it simple and ask specific questions to get useful insights. For example, “What topics would you like to see more of?” or “How can we improve your experience?” Step 2: Analyze and Prioritize Not all feedback needs immediate action. Look for patterns. If multiple members mention a specific topic or feature, prioritize it. Use Networked’s analytics to track what members engage with most and identify any gaps. Step 3: Act and Respond Share what you’re doing with the feedback. This could be a post detailing changes, thanking members, or even tagging them to show their voices are heard. Members are more invested when they see their feedback in action. Using Networked’s tools to collect, analyze, and implement feedback keeps your community relevant and members satisfied, helping you make improvements that actually matter.
