Ever thought team building was just a game? Think again. Team building activities are often seen as just "fun games," but they can significantly improve communication and collaboration, leading to noticeable boosts in productivity. Many believe that team building is only effective for small teams. In reality, it can have a massive impact, even for groups of 300+ participants. Team-building events aren’t just about fun—they can actually help uncover hidden talents and leadership potential within teams. I used to think large-scale team building events were too difficult to manage and wouldn’t offer enough value. That was before we successfully led a 300+ person team building session—special thanks to my amazing team at Invite Japan —that brought people together in ways smaller activities couldn’t achieve. My Takeaway: The size of your team or work setup shouldn’t limit your goals for connection and collaboration.
