I have seen many wonderful ideas in startups destroyed by founders. It's one thing to come up with some great idea (hardly worth a dime) but a whole different ballgame to execute it. Quick early money, glossy degrees, and clueless operators in the VC ecosystem have created more delusion amongst a huge number of founders. VCs should soon get Pablo Escobars on their team to cut toxic founders to sizes. VCs and board members should step up and annihilate such founders to let the best ideas and people win.
