“It’s the customer, stupid!” Riffing off James Carville's iconic phrase, it really is all about the customers. Over the past five years, more than 65,000 individuals chose to be part of the C2C customer community — showing up not just virtually, but across the globe, building something real and lasting. We met in person. We connected online. We shared knowledge. We learned from each other. We advocated for one another. And in doing so, we created a space where ideas were sparked, challenges were faced head-on, and solutions were developed through collaboration. The growth we’ve seen isn’t just about numbers—it’s about the power of community. GCP’s annual revenue soared from $13B to over $40B during these years. Coincidence? I think not! As C2C prepares to close its doors at the end of this year, I want to take a moment to reflect and thank you all. Your contributions helped shape a global network of individuals who were more than just customers — we were partners, peers, and advocates for each other's success. This isn’t just an ending; it's the beginning of what each of us will carry forward. As my mentor once said, "commencement" signifies both an ending and a beginning. A huge thank you to Google Cloud and all our strategic partners for their unwavering support, helping us forge connections that have lasted far beyond any meeting or event. And to the entire TeamC2C — past and present — your trust, dedication, and participation have turned a vision into a thriving, connected ecosystem.
