I’ve worked at MyEyeDr before and I just submitted and application & it was denied ? Why is that ? If I worked here before and had the experience?

I had an eye exam Feb 23rd and have been told 4 different times that my glasses were ready and they are not! I've made several trips to the branch here and in another state because I was driving cross country. I've made a round trip covering over 3000 miles with a headache when i order glasses in time to make this trip and I still don't have them. When I asked what they would do I was offered an insult of $50 compensation on glasses that cost nearly $1000!!!  this is by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had in my life getting glasses and I am totally upset about how this was handled. On one phone call I was told the reason I don't have my glasses is because I wanted them sent somewhere then I left making it seem like this mess is my fault. I've been recently hospitalized for headaches as a result of my not having the proper glasses. this has turned into a very serious matter.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting MyEyeDr. at 7710 Charlotte Hwy Suite 104, Indian Land, SC, and I just had to share my experience. From the moment I stepped in, the team welcomed me with warmth and professionalism that truly make a difference. Not only was I impressed by the speed with which they attended to my needs, but the quality of service was outstanding. What really stood out to me was the kindness of the staff; it’s clear they go out of their way to create a welcoming and attentive atmosphere. Moreover, the little details, like gifts for customers, add a special touch that makes the experience even more memorable. If you're looking for not just quality in eyewear but also exceptional customer service, I definitely recommend MyEyeDr. in Indian Land. Thanks to the entire team for making my visit such a positive one!
