Hi team! As you know, we’re all about helping our local manufacturers to grow and succeed, and a big part of that is making day-to-day operations as easy as possible. Having used Fishbowl Inventory ourselves, we know how good it is - particularly when used to manage high volumes of a product (or a range there of), and where water-tight traceability, batch control, and serialization is needed. We’ve been working with the Fishbowl team to create a deal for our local manufacturers that reduces the overall cost and effort in standing up an ERP/inventory management system. For the next few months, they've organized for a discount of 20% off the total cost of standard implementation fees and then 4 hours of free advanced support consulting (after you’ve been up and running for 6 months) so that our manufacturers can continually improve and evolve in their use of Fishbowl. One of the biggest challenges we’ve seen in implementing any new digital system is that after the initial fee’s have been paid, the software provider goes MIA and the support is not at the level it needs to be.
