Here's my favourite tool to combat it ⬇ 1️⃣ Step away from your workspace and screens. 2️⃣ Move your body, like taking a walk, watering a plant, or drinking water. It's essential to get back into your body. 3️⃣ When you return to work, immediately take care of three items on YOUR to-do list. Only after completing these tasks, move on to responding to others.
