Yes, most of your meeting can be an email. If you NEED to meet, make sure you optimize your time by doing any of the work possible before the meeting happens and save the precious hour to discuss and make the big decisions. I’ve had a leader do something similar, where they’d took the salary of everyone and found out the hourly rate that that meeting and threw the number at us, “This meeting is costing us $400 an hour.” And we’ve spent 1/3 of that talking.” ✅ Use the notes feature in the meeting invites to ask the questions beforehand so people come prepared with answers. ✅ Give outlines of project statuses, bottlenecks, needs, etc., before the meeting not during. 🫱🏽⬇️🎤 *micdrop Alright that’s my rant for today.
