I’ve tried a lot of them but always found the same experience. Coffee and snacks are great but there was no collaboration, networking, or fun conversations.
People showed up but everyone just put on their headphones and sat quietly. I went from feeling isolated at home to feeling isolated in a public environment.

Rejection and failure can be a catalyst for growth; although difficult in the moment it can lead to something great!
After attending an energetic revenue kick off meeting for a mission driven company working to help clients & clinicians, I find myself reflecting on this journey the last 2 years.
🌟I’m honored to win the Pinnacle top sales leader award and make Chairman’s Club for the second year.

We don’t always understand why life works out in those moments. After 20 years of being an occupational therapist I wanted to grow my career and diversify my skill set. Without sales experience I faced a lot of rejection in my job search yet was still determined to find a sales opportunity and leverage my clinical skills.
Sometimes a NO helps you learn along the way to propel you where you are meant to be. I was passed by for many interviews due to lack of “experience” and overlooked for many opportunities due to more experienced candidates being a better fit.
Thank you to the leaders that believed in me here & to Therapy Brands for not only giving me a chance, but for facilitating my growth in order to help hundreds of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy practices find a software solution to streamline their work flows & put time back in their day to better serve their clients. I’m humbled.
