Eid al Etihad! Today, we celebrate the founding of the United Arab Emirates — a land that stands as a testament to the power of transformation and vision. Just a few generations ago, the ancestors of this nation lived amid the harsh beauty of the desert. Life was tough, and survival often meant relying on trades that were far from noble — like collecting tolls from caravans traveling from Oman to Riyadh. Yet, from this humble, rugged existence emerged a people with a profound resolve to rewrite their story. They chose a different path. They embraced knowledge, learning, and progress. When oil brought sudden wealth, they didn't merely enrich themselves but poured those resources into their homeland. They built cities, infrastructure, and institutions that would inspire the world. Today, the UAE is synonymous with ambition and innovation. When people imagine the cities of the future, the images conjured by AI almost always evoke visions of Dubai and Abu Dhabi — symbols of what can be achieved when bold dreams are paired with relentless effort. Happy Founding Day, UAE! May your story continue to inspire us all. 🌍✨

🇦🇪 Building MAGNiTT in Dubai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The #UAE isn’t just a place to do business—it’s a launchpad for dreams, a hub for innovation, and a testament to what vision and determination can achieve. From progressive policies and a tech-forward vision to world-class infrastructure, the UAE has been pivotal to our journey as we champion data transparency across the region. But what truly sets the UAE apart? The diversity and talent! With 13 nationalities represented in our team today, MAGNiTT embodies the UAE’s global spirit. As we celebrate #UAENationalDay, I’m throwing it back to 2018 when we had just raised our only SEED round. Back then, we were a team of 6 people from 6 nationalities—some of whom are now alumni making an impact at UAE giants like Emirates and DIFC. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the unity, culture, and aspirations that make the UAE a beacon of progress. Here’s to celebrating 53 years of incredible growth and opportunity! 🇦🇪 #UAE53 #NationalDay

BIRDHOUSES POLES IN PARKS IN DUBAI My Idea for Dubai HH Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Birdhouses’ Poles will be around 20 feet high. At the end portion of these poles there will be birdhouses placed for birds. On the very top of these poles there will be canopy shaped shades so to save the birdhouses from excessive sunlight exposure and resultant heat. Some poles will have birdhouses for a particular bird species for example sparrows and some poles will have birdhouses meant for some other species of birds found in Dubai. The birdhouses will be made according to the size and other characteristics of the bird species they are meant for. The height of the birdhouses’ will be high enough so the birds are not disturbed by the presence of visitors in the park on the ground. Common urban birds like sparrows are facing decline in number due to climate change, modern urban architecture and pesticides’ usage. “Birdhouses’ Poles in Parks in Dubai” will not only contribute to conservation of bird species in Dubai but will also add bird watching attraction for the people visiting Dubai parks. “Birdhouses’ Poles" will be a creative measure by Dubai to conserve its various bird species. #Dubai

This is a Big news out of Dubai! The government has just green-lit a massive 126 billion Dirhams to expand Al Maktoum Airport, complete with 5 runways and sizing up to be five times larger than the current DXB airport. This project is a game-changer for Dubai. It’s not only going to boost the city’s status as a top global hub for aviation and business but also promises significant economic perks and global connections. For investors, this is a golden opportunity. The area around the new airport is poised for a boom, making any investments there particularly promising. Once Al Maktoum Airport is up and running, it’s set to transform Dubai’s infrastructure and open up loads of new business opportunities. Keep your eyes on Dubai, folks—it’s about to make some major moves again ! #DubaiDevelopment #Aviation #InvestmentOpportunity #EconomicGrowth https://lnkd.in/dxJNwQC9
