The words shall fall short of the excellent hospitality and conference held by @worldoftomorrow and Aalim Mohamed
We had the best learning times and sharing times.
My topic was Neuroleadership. I was excited to share the work done by LIMILTESS BRAIN LAB on mapping the successful leaders.
A few key insights
1. Leading others always start by leading self
2. The brains of the leaders have a well developed frontal lobes
3. Debate between beta CEO vs Theta CEO ? Beta is a fast wave in the brain and theta is a slow brain
4. How can one slow down AMYGDALA - fight, flight and fear response.
5. How to quickly know the work from our book @future readynow about MYBRAINDESIGN assessment.
6. The gender differences in the brains - man vs woman actually MAN AND WOMAN and not VS. How unique biological diversity is required for the growth of the organizations.
7. HOW TO NOT LEAD>??? any small thing which you can do with a smile and a difference, you are a leader. I GET REMINDED OF ROBIN SHARMA'S JANITOR VIDEO WHERE HE CLAIMS HIM AS A LEADER as he just does his job the best.
The leaded self, guided self , the curated self, the serving self becomes the serving country, nation and world at large.
It was a delight to have had the opportunity to interact with many speaker leaders in their own fields. Each as mentioned by Aalim were total delight.
Maldives hospitality is always number 1. And people are just also the best.

What comes first in leading others—confidence or action? 🤔
For Lefteri Valmas , it’s action.
By steping up to lead his team, he created opportunities for himself to learn, grow, and evolve.
That growth? It shaped his beliefs and strengthened his identity as a confident leader.
👇In leadership, in fact, life in general,
👉action fuels growth,
👉growth builds confidence, and
👉confidence drives even more decisive action. 🚀
Lefteri’s journey is a testament to this. The results speak for themselves—he led his team to deliver a solution that exceeded expectations.
Indeed, confidence is the result of doing, not waiting, wanting, or wondering.
Well done, Lefteries! Your story is a reminder that leadership begins with bold action. 🙌
Thank you very much for your kind words, and I am sure you will go far. Keep shooting for stars! ✨
How about you? Ready to lead with confidence? Let’s connect! 💬

Founder, CEO & Chief Courageous Officer | 30+ Years Of Driving Ambitious Breakthroughs In The Broader Automotive Industry | Helping Organisations To Achieve Ambitious Breakthrough Goals Faster & Easier
Reflecting on my journey in the automotive industry, there's one crucial lesson that stands out.
When your team members say you are a good leader what they are actually saying is that you are courageous.
Courage multiplies leadership!
And all innovation starts with courage!
When you are doing the courage part well you can teach your team members to be exactly the same when it comes to their unique ability.
Commitment and courage are the key ingredients when you have to be transformational.
Especially in an industry where some are trying to disrupt the old with new.
The disruption is very much influenced by the speeding up of the microchip.

Whether you’re an athlete, corporate leader, entrepreneur, or anyone in a role that involves a team environment, the foundation of effective leadership starts with being able to lead yourself. It is absolutely essential to have control over yourself so that, when the pressure mounts—whether you’re feeling the stress of a game, a looming deadline, or the loss of a potential client—you can operate with composure and poise to achieve the desired outcome.
Here are 3 ways you can start practicing self-control and leading yourself effectively:
Leading a team is easy when the team's performing well and everything’s running smoothly. That's when the team needs its leader the least. When challenges or crises occur, that's when your leadership skills will really be tested. Will you be able to lead your team with strength, conviction, and compassion even through difficult circumstances? What can you do today to make yourself more prepared for that moment?

🕳 Have you fallen into the trap of 'transactional leadership' within your team?
🔂 Are you individually managing people, goals and tasks, or leading?
As a Leadership Team, are you being...
