Wishing all my colleagues, peers, and mentors, a happy Teacher’s day!  Feeling incredibly grateful as I reflect on 10 years in the teaching profession. 🎓📚The true essence of teaching isn’t just about the subjects we cover—it's about inspiring young minds to believe in their boundless potential, grow into their best selves, and realize they're capable of more than they know. 🌱✨What I’ve learned is this: students may not remember us for the lessons we taught, but they will remember the values we instilled and the encouragement to think critically and be better each day. 💡Yet, in today’s world, educators often walk a fine line, cautious of every word, fearing that respectful disagreement or a different perspective may be misunderstood. But classrooms should be spaces for open dialogue—where ideas are explored, challenged, and discussed with mutual respect. 🙌To the students reading this: we’re here to guide you through diverse perspectives, help you sharpen your thinking, and encourage respectful disagreement. Learn to disagree, but disagree with respect.
