🌍 Key Lessons from Lloyd's Lab: Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable 🚀 Our journey at Lloyd’s Lab has been a transformative experience, marked by reflection, collaboration, and growth. These lessons are shaping the future of myUbuntu as we continue our mission to empower smallholder farmers across Africa. 👂 Listening   The feedback we received from industry mentors challenged us to think critically about our pricing model, ensuring that our solutions remain accessible while maintaining long-term sustainability.  💪 Strengthening   We refined our approach to emphasise the three pillars that matter most to farmers: fast payouts, affordability, and ease of access. These adjustments are critical to making our parametric insurance solution truly impactful.  🧠 Understanding   This journey was a deep dive into the insurance ecosystem. We’ve developed a stronger understanding of the market, allowing us to refine our product offering and align it with real-world needs.  The insights and connections gained through Lloyd’s Lab are paving the way for a brighter future. With renewed focus and strengthened partnerships, we’re ready to take the next steps in transforming agriculture through innovative insurance solutions.  We’re incredibly grateful to Lloyd’s Lab, our mentors, and our supporters for helping us along this journey. Together, we’re building a future where no farmer is left behind. 🌱  👉 Swipe through the carousel to see how this journey has shaped us and follow us for more updates!  JP Fabri Nicky Gouder Nigel Daura Jack Bassett Timon Halbach Mikir Shah Mark Huxley FRSA Chloe Kaye Kieran Linger RapidWorks Dan Kay Rupert Weterings Rupesh Appannah Leticia Boakye Danquah, ACII
