We're thrilled to reflect on a amazing weekend at Speedgoat Mountain Runs alongside UTMB® and HOKA! Salt Lake City, you brought the energy - group runs, summit cheers, and those delicious Näak popsicles (seriously, they were a hit!). 🏃♂️😋 The expo booth was a blast too! We connected with the running community, showcasing our Ultra Energy Line (including a sneak peek of our new flavors!), and fueling your race-day questions. Huge congrats to all participants who crushed the trails! Special shout-out to Näak Pro Athlete Jazmine Lowther for claiming victory in the Speedgoat 50k! This incredible comeback from injury shows that she is in top form ahead of the UTMB. And cheers to Adam Peterman for securing a well-deserved 7th place finish. 🚀 Fueled by these inspiring connections and achievements, we're already looking forward to the next race! 🤩 📸 : cezaryna #naak #fuelyourultra #speedgoatmountainruns #utmbworldseries #trailrunning #ultratrail

Mile 3.3. I either win or I learn. I learned from my first Ultra to run my own race. Applied it to this race and had gas in the tank all the way to the end. What do you think of the term ‘fake it til you make it’ ? This weekend I embarked on the 3 peaks marathon race: the Yorkshire 3 peaks, 1700m of vertical elevation (and the top of whernside was pretty much vertical). Whilst nowhere near my fittest (thank you startup life and kids), I ran a 1.33 half marathon the other week so hardly slow and figured I would have a bash-that 1 run up Moel Famau would surely be adequate training (he says tongue in cheek). I felt a little out of place on the start line that included podium finishers at world fell running championships, elite athletes and people who were maybe 200 years old but still had legs like chiselled Roman statues. I failed. I missed the final checkpoint by around 30 seconds. A blessing in disguise as my legs were well and truly shot to bits…and I would likely have pushed myself on had I made it despite the inevitable pain (sound familiar founders?!) I faked it and didn’t make it this time. Many of us as founders have a bit of knowledge (more than investors) on our subject matter when we start our business journey, we hit boulders, fall into bogs, roll ankles, get cramp, and get told this is the wrong way to go. Do your homework, know your path and prepare for the journey. Otherwise you may just come up short. How we react to that is down to us…let’s just say I’m looking forward to being better prepared for next years race!!! #failure #learnings #staygrounded #3peaks #trailrunning #headspace

🛑 Did this IG-Famous Run Club bandit the Austin Marathon? The Raw Dawg Run club, which only launched this year, posted a photo on IG showing a group of their founders and members celebrating at the end of the Austin Marathon - complete with medals🏅. 🤳 But only two of those pictured with medals can be found in the race results - and one of them DNF’ed. So what’s going on here? 👇 Last week we reached out to the club for comment, and then to the individuals - they didn’t respond, and have since pulled the finish line post. In short, the evidence suggests that some of them bandited the race (bandit a race = jump on the course and run some or all of the race without registering). OK, here’s my take: Obviously, banditing a race (jumping on a race without registering) is bad. In recent years, there have been several stories of influencers banditing popular races(and even boasting about it), and it hurts both other runners and race organizers. What’s interesting about the Raw Dawg Run Club is that these guys are not your typical runner. They’re basically bro’s who take their shirt off at every opportunity, and have launched a Run Club that seems to be more about vibes and likes than actually bagging miles. But, guess what? They’re a phenomenon. Love them or loathe them, their events are huge - attracting hundreds of runners every week. And the people turning up are usually non-runners. They’re also young and brash. Their actions have annoyed a lot of regular runners, both at the marathon and in other settings. So the question is, can a young, influencer-led run club “grow up” and figure out how to become a positive part of the running community?

The Middle Class Family is suffering most because Traditions Customs are related to them. They have bent down under society. The Upper Class Family is free from these ridiculous things and what they act on, people follow them. The Lower Class Family is also free from Traditional things because nobody knows them.
