Strong message which all GFC followers and readers will know to be true. Grant Cardone is using a statement that is well known by #leaders the world over: "you will only get what you aim for" (in all forms). This statement also builds on if you measure it you can manage it". This is where vision, mission and goals all come together, we need to be energised by the targets we set ourselves. If targets can be broken down from annual to monthly and quarterly, then the momentum to achieve and 'over' deliver is then established. As #salesleaders at GFC we know all about deal momentum. This is the drive and energy within a deal team that supports one another and gets a deal over the line. Success is earned however value can be created, and they do fit together! Today let's take our biggest deal and break it down into a series of steps (targets) and who the stakeholders for each step are.
