Researchers have found that inactivating the TGF-beta receptor 1 gene in early mouse development results in the formation of two extra hindlimbs in the place of external genitalia. This study not only improves our understanding of the mechanisms by which this family of proteins influence gene expression during organ development, but also of tetrapod evolution in general. I am excited to announce the publication of our research paper titled "Transcriptome sequencing and differential expression analysis in bacterial wilt tolerant and susceptible clones of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) following Ralstonia solanacearum infection" in the journal *Physiological and Molecular Plant Pathology* on ScienceDirect. In this study, we observed significant gene expression changes at various time points post-inoculation, providing valuable insights into tomato's response to bacterial wilt. Our findings lay an important foundation for future management strategies. My contributions to this research included visualization, software development, and formal analysis, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data and results.
