Mindfulness. Gain perspective on everyday struggles and anxieties. It is an opportunity to look at your problems with a ‘fresh’, calmed mind. Try: 1. STOP whatever it is you are doing, 2. NOTICE what is happening to and/or around you, 3. Acknowledge and ACCEPT whatever it is with which you are struggling, 4. Be CURIOUS about what you’re feeling and what you need, at that moment, 5. Expressing kindness or COMPASSION towards yourself, will get you back on track. Some steps take more focus. It takes practice before it becomes a new healthy habit. Calmness of mind is the ultimate weapon for life’s challenges. Peak Thinking Ltd.

Practice being present, and paying attention on purpose. This simple technique can help reduce stress and improve focus. Here's how to get started: Focus on your breath: Take slow, deep breaths. Notice the rise and fall of your chest. Choose a focus: Pick something to concentrate on, like the sensations in your body or a sound around you. Practice in everyday moments: Try mindfulness while reading a page of a book, waiting in line, or even in the shower. Be kind to yourself: Mindfulness is a journey, not a destination. It's okay if your mind wanders. Simply bring your attention back to your focus. Subscribe to my weekly newsletter: subscribepage.io/bakd7V
