Greetings #Cosmoway team and partners, We are thrilled to share our 2023 financial results with you. This year has been marked by remarkable growth and a significant strengthening of our market position. Our audited financial data is publicly available at https://lnkd.in/d6j9KMxR. At Cosmoway, we feel a strong sense of responsibility to share our profit distribution with our valued clients and partners. Our 2023 profit allocation is as follows: - 40% - Investing in cutting-edge technology to enhance our efficiency and expand the range of services we offer. - 30% - Embracing sustainability by using green energy and utilizing the electricity generated by our own 171kW solar power plant. By the end of this year, we will eliminate fossil fuels from our heating and production processes. - 15% - Preparing for expansion by doubling the size of our R&D laboratory, creating new facilities for quality control specialists, and renovating our production and administrative spaces. - 12% - Working capital to continue our growth trajectory. - 3% - Supporting our community by allocating these funds to socially vulnerable groups, our local community, and educational institutions, including Piliuonos Gymnasium, Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, and Kaunas University of Technology. - 0% - Dividends for shareholders. We believe business is not just about personal gain but rather about the satisfaction of doing good work that we can all be proud of.
