Someone once told me that true professional growth often revolves around how we manage challenging relationships in the workplace. 🍃 Personally, I've experienced significant growth through the multitude of relationships I've navigated in my career. Each interaction has taught me valuable lessons in empathy, communication, and resilience. Understanding different mindsets and motives has been crucial; it's that understanding that equips us to navigate through challenging times with strength. Embracing these daily interactions isn't just about managing #conflict; it's about developing skills in emotional intelligence and leadership. These experiences not only shape us individually but also foster a more inclusive and effective workplace culture.🤝🏻 What's your approach to managing challenging relationships at work? #EmotionalIntelligence #ConflictResolution

My approach to challenging workplace relationships involves open communication, active listening, and empathy to understand the other person's perspective. I focus on finding solutions collaboratively, rather than assigning blame, and am willing to compromise to reach mutually agreeable outcomes. I set clear boundaries when necessary to protect myself from negativity, and seek mediation if direct communication fails. Self-reflection helps me identify my role in the dynamic and areas for personal growth. Ultimately, I view these challenges as learning opportunities to improve my communication, conflict resolution skills, and foster a more positive work environment.

Najla Tarabzouni, Dear Ms, Najla, in my opinion to be able managing the approach towards managing challenging relationships, is first to have the right leader who is directing you towards your successful achievement, and the second point is to know what is your thought behavior is telling you ti begin with at work, and the important one is to get your root cause identified to unblock the challenges and gaps

Great take Najla—I encourage my clients to adopt a #curiosity mindset when building workplace relationships 🧐 By wanting to learn more about a person’s background, motivations and preferences, one can turn challenging workplace relationships into a source of learning, strength, and growth I wish you continued career clarity and success #YouGotThis 👊

#Adaptability is a critical skill when facing any challenge, particularly unforeseen circumstances. It empowers us to approach those challenges with minimal disruption or loss. While AQ practices may not be widely adopted in the GCC at present, I believe the value of Adaptive Intelligence will become increasingly evident in the near future. Happy to share further insights on AQ
