An Unforgettable Experience at Masters' Union! I recently had the privilege of attending a three-day orientation program at Masters' Union, and I must say, it has been an incredible journey of learning, inspiration, and networking. I was fortunate to meet and interact with some of the most brilliant minds in the industry, including: - Mukesh Ghuraiya , CMO of Modi Naturals (formerly with RADO Watches, Phillips, Lava, and UTV) - Sameer Manglani, CEO of Meena Bazar - Mr Manoj Kholi, the legend himself, ex-CEO of SoftBank and Airtel when he stress on the importance of Hunger I could relate. Never pictured myself talking to him like he will be a coach mentor and a buddy who just says "karke dekho yaar itna bhi mushkil nahi hai". - Pratham Mittal the visionary young CEO of Masters' Union who just believe in spreading his work. When asked What is the reason you don't have any IP for MU!.. He smiles and reply instantly "kaya karna hai protect karke it is knowledge and I believe it is for all" let everyone benefit. Just loved it :) These three days were filled with growth-oriented discussions, exchanging ideas with like-minded peers, and absorbing wisdom from these market leaders. Their inspiring journeys and leadership perspectives have given me a fresh outlook on growth, innovation, and leadership in today’s fast-paced world. I’m incredibly excited to continue this journey, surrounded by such a strong community of individuals with a growth mindset. Here's to more learning, collaboration, and taking the next big steps in our careers! #MastersUnion #Leadership #GrowthMindset #Networking #Learning #MarketLeaders #Innovation #Inspiration

🎓 Reflecting on a Milestone: Completing the Nanyang Fellows MBA Program's Core Journey 6 April 2024 marks a significant milestone in my academic and professional journey: the completion of the last core module of the Nanyang Fellows MBA program, Talent Management, expertly guided by Prof Sasha Chernyshenko This module was more than just an academic endeavor; it was an insightful exploration into the complex dynamics of human performance and talent management in the corporate world. Here's a glimpse into what I've learned: 🌟 Performance Equation: Performance in the workplace is the result of Human Capital multiplied by Motivation, a powerful reminder of the intrinsic and extrinsic factors driving success. 🌟 Three Types of Performance: Task actions Citizenship actions Counterproductive actions Understanding these has reshaped my view on how talented individuals contribute to an organization beyond their basic job tasks. 🌟 Defining Talent: The module challenged us to redefine talent as the ability to excel in task and citizenship performance while minimizing counterproductive actions in 2 or more A positions (high strategic relevance and high natural variability) 🌟 Human Capital Components: We delved into the components of human capital 1) General: IQ, EQ, personality, values, interests. 2) Strategic: Life and business skills. 3) Industry: Technical knowledge and skills. 4) Relationship: Trust, reputation, and IOUs. 5) Company-Specific: Knowledge about products, customers, and SOPs. 🌟 External vs. Internal Hiring: The discussion on the advantages and challenges of internal versus external hiring opened my eyes to the complexities of talent acquisition and retention strategies. 🌟 Talent Management System: Learning about the systematic approach to managing talent within a company was enlightening, highlighting the importance of identifying and nurturing individuals suited for advancement. 🌟 Motivation and Performance Management Theories: The module concluded with an exploration of theories aiming to influence employee effort and productivity, providing valuable tools for future leadership roles. As I reflect on these learnings, I am grateful for the insights gained and the opportunity to grow alongside my peers. This journey has been transformative, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to lead with empathy, insight, and a strategic mindset. A heartfelt thank you to Prof. Sasha Chernyshenko and my fellow Nanyang MBA candidates for an unforgettable learning experience. Here's to applying these valuable lessons in our continuous pursuit of excellence. #NanyangFellowsMBA #TalentManagement #Leadership #HumanCapital #ProfessionalGrowth #MBAJourney Nanyang Business School Nanyang Technological University Singapore National Healthcare Group I have one last elective module Strategic Transformation: A Management Consulting Perspective Happy to share with anyone interested to learn more about MBA or Nanyang Fellows MBA program

Embracing Cross-Specialization Learning! As an MBA student specializing in marketing, I'm always eager to expand my horizons beyond my core field. Recently, I had the privilege of attending the DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) workshop, "Building Bridges - Inclusive Pathways to a Better Tomorrow," organized by WICCI SDG Impact and Rotary Health City at Christ University. While DEIB is often associated with HR, the principles are universally applicable across all business functions, including marketing. In today’s interconnected world, marketing professionals must understand the diverse consumer landscape and build campaigns that resonate with all audiences. Gaining insights from fields like HR helps me think more holistically about inclusivity, belonging, and how they play into brand storytelling and consumer engagement. This experience reaffirmed that cross-specialization learning is vital for creating strategies that are not just effective but also empathetic and inclusive. Whether in HR, marketing, or any other domain, understanding diverse perspectives enriches our approach and ultimately benefits the entire organization. Looking forward to applying these insights in my professional journey! 💡 #DEIB #CrossSpecialization #Marketing #InclusiveMarketing #Learning #ChristUniversity
