Working on keeping your customers happy is the biggest thing you can do. Because one happy customer can bring five more new customers. But an unhappy customer will not only derail the opportunity to get you five more customers but will also talk about why one should not buy from your brand. Not the ideal moment we want. So focus on keeping your customers happy and your wallet will be happy. PS. And having amazing retention won't mean much if you can't achieve steps 1 - 4. This is where "retention marketing" is just as important in helping brands with acquisition and customer journey. As it is with creating retention strategies via email marketing, SMS, direct mail etc.
