Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through difficulties, hatred ill treatment and rejection and decide not to surrender, that is strength. Ensure your mental health is in check at all times because your productivity depends on your mental health and remember your best is yet to come.

It is important to remember that mental illness does not define who you are as a person. You are not weak or inadequate because you struggle with your mental health. Your worth and value are not determined by your mental health challenges. It takes courage and strength to ask for help and to work on managing your mental health. You are a warrior fighting a battle within yourself, and that deserves recognition and support. You are deserving of love, compassion, and understanding. You are needed in this world, with your unique gifts, talents, and perspective. Your struggles do not diminish your value as a person. Remember to be gentle with yourself and seek help when you need it. You are not alone in this journey, and there are people who care about you and want to support you. You are a valuable and important part of this world, just as you are. You are enough 💜
