Weekend thoughts – A simple list of ideas to use AI to improve a product and create long-term value: 1) Find where users put effort in your product and make those steps easier or remove them. 2) Do things that were impossible before but are now just hard. 3) Learn about human behavior and psychology. Use AI to build features that naturally align with how people think and act. 4) Build features that get better as AI improves (think 10x to 100x growth). 5) Use AI to connect deeply with industry-specific tools and processes. Focus on a niche and dominate it. 6) Look at your most valuable and unique data. Figure out how AI can turn it into something even more useful for users. 7) Use AI to customize user experiences at scale without needing to manually go through the full cycle of testing and rebuilding. 8) Stack AI outputs in ways that make your input and results unique to your product. 9) Imagine AI like ChatGPT watching everything you do on your phone/computer, like a smart assistant that’s always there. Users could use it to make apps easier to use or get better results. Now think – what’s something this AI can’t do yet but users would love? That’s where the best ideas are. Example – AI helps auto-fill forms, but what if it could suggest replies in apps by learning your tone? Simple, useful, but not fully there yet. #ProdMgmt #AI

ChatGPT, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Sora, Haiper and 100s others. Your AI journey often starts with a tool. We dive in headfirst; we play around, we create and share our results with others. As the initial enthusiasm settles, it becomes clear that the successful integration of AI requires more than just experimentation—it demands a strategic approach. And a support base. AI needs to be placed in the process. But you'll soon find out that AI actually defines the process. Life finds a way. Time to embrace trial and error. Pilots help us understand what works and what doesn't, minimizing potential risks. You find yourself in a circle pit of of landing pages, tools in Beta, all promising a better future. The risk is limited; just a lot of free trials in your inbox. Building a business case involves considering financial implications. But these are close to zero as AI tools are relatively cheap. Results may largely be hypothetical at this stage. A fine balance of proof and faith. In the meantime, we need to become better at prompting. We take an online course or prompt CGPT to come up with prompts for the desired diffusion models. The role of the Marketeer has evolved. AI now is in the macro. It scales our output, it changes processes, departments, companies, associations, governments, countries, societal structures and even continents. The EU already wants to build their own AI in the next 5 years. An industrial revolution. AI becomes increasingly integrated into our lives as it enters our homes as smart machines. HomeBot already ordered a new lightbulb as the current one is about to die this week. Our jobs are redefined. But thats OK as we are facilitated with other systems of income, allowing us to be more creative. Our human essence. So in fact, AI is slowing us down. We have more time to go outside in stead of sitting behind a computer all day long. We become healthier. By now, AI has reached our evolutionary system. The end.. or a new beginning? Note: this is a just one of many possible scenario’s. A creative direction for mankind. A thought process that started after all the inspiring talks at the AI event yesterday. “Which AI should I use for real estate?” You’re asking the wrong question. Here’s why: AI, like a computer, is not a one-size-fits-all solution. It’s a tool—a powerful one—but its value depends entirely on how you use it and what you’re trying to achieve. Every week, people ask me for “the best AI use cases” or “the top models for real estate.” While I understand the curiosity, this approach misses the point. AI is not about applying a universal template; it’s about solving your unique challenges with tools tailored to your needs. Here’s what I recommend instead: 1. Individuals: Master ChatGPT This is not optional. Whether you’re in real estate or any other field, getting training and practicing with ChatGPT is the best starting point. Why? Because it’s versatile, accessible, and a gateway to understanding how AI can transform your workflows (No, Copilot or in-house ChatGPT models don’t count—you need a paid account for the main ChatGPT). I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t benefit from this and most ChatGPT skills are transferable to other models. 2. Companies: Start small, think big Don’t ask, “What can AI do for us?” Instead, review your operations. Where are the bottlenecks? What processes slow you down? Identify pain points and experiment with small AI pilots to address them. When something works, scale it up. This process is iterative and requires curiosity, not pre-packaged answers. Most companies don’t need their own AI model but can still get a lot from using AI. The truth is: AI is a game-changer, but only for those who know what they need and are willing to experiment. Asking for the “best use case” is like asking, “What can a computer do?” The answer? It depends on you. Start mastering AI today. My First Dive into AI Video Creation: A Story of Names, Care, and Technology! It all started with an idea: a simple yet profound realization about how addressing patients by their name has transformed the way we deliver care. What seems like a small change, calling someone by their name instead of labeling them by their condition, has had an immense impact on the patient experience. It builds trust, fosters connection, and reminds patients that they are more than their diagnosis—they are people with stories, emotions, and lives beyond the hospital room. I wanted to explore this idea further, but instead of just writing about it, I thought, Why not bring it to life through video? That’s when I decided to use two AI tools, ChatGPT and InVideo AI, and honestly, I’m amazed at how seamless the process was! With ChatGPT helping me brainstorm and structure the script and InVideo AI turning it into visuals, the entire process took me just about half an hour. From idea to execution, I absolutely loved working on this! This was my first attempt at creating a video using AI, and it gave me a glimpse into how powerful these tools can be in expressing ideas creatively. It also piqued my curiosity to dive deeper into prompt engineering for videos. There’s so much potential here, and I can’t wait to explore it further! Sometimes, it’s the smallest things, like a name, that can create the biggest impact in healthcare. And sometimes, the simplest tools, like AI, can open doors to new possibilities. Challenge Accepted: How Does AI See Me? 🌟 Recently, I decided to take on an interesting challenge: I asked ChatGPT to create an image that represents me, based on what I write and do. The result? Well, here’s a visual interpretation generated by AI. 🎨🤖 Even more fascinating than the image itself was the description that preceded it: "You are a professional engaged in networking, partnership building, and digital innovation, particularly within AI and digital transformation. Your communication style is warm yet professional, with a focus on collaboration and connecting with others in dynamic environments." This made me reflect on how we present ourselves through our actions and words—and how technology interprets those patterns. It’s a reminder that AI is a tool to amplify our ideas, but we remain responsible for giving it direction and purpose. Why am I sharing this? Because I think it’s important to embrace AI as a supportive tool in our work.
