"Each year, drowsy driving accounts for about 328,000 crashes, 109,000 injuries and about 6,400 fatalities per year," according to the latest study from the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety. Drowsy driving may not be the first contributor that comes to mind when people think about the causes of car crashes and traffic-related fatalities. However, the numbers don't lie.
