Instead of enacting laws like Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972, if the Constitution of India had been amended to make the Directive Principles of State Policy Article 36 to 51 expect 48A, it would provide a base for poverty free India in the grassroots levels. In Kerala, the poverty eliminated only through Gulf/ NRI employments and there is nil role for the politicians as of today. Here all laws are formulated to punish the civilians without providing any goodness to them as of today. All the educated try their best to migrate to foreign countries from India due to legal and administrative terrorism and in this era of technologies, we feel great pity to see leaders who lack any vision or sense to provide Human Rights based solutions for the masses.

Sikh ministers (regional & national) existed in India in 1947; in many nations in 2024. Critical Qs: How effective are they in securing Sikh & Panjab demands? Addressing grievances in policies? In this context, is identity or representation politics working for their electorate?

When Congress Leader Salman Khurshid said, Bangladesh like riots can happen in India as well. General Public would debunk saying not possible as Hindus are largely believed in peaceful means to resolve issues. Irony is what Salman said is not far fetched illusion but a possibility. Quick Math: Bangladesh Population- 20 crores approx Students in Bangladesh 6 crores ( 30% of total population) Rioting Youth population- I guess max 1% of total population ( 20 lacs) Now if we consider joblessness in Bangladesh than it would be atleast 15% Now let’s replace Bangladesh with India and numbers would be more or less similar. So what’s the difference, .. is not demography ( Larger Hindu Population) but Rioter population (Those of us who aren’t happy with Modi be it Hindus or any other minorities). So opposition just wish to gather 1% of Population to instigate riots with the help of deep state support and utilize corruption and it can happen in India also. Only thing which is saving my country is its Defense forces and top level patriotic politicians.

Many rural and urban populations in India lack adequate access to education, food security, adequate housing and health. This is especially true for groups classified by the government as Scheduled Castes (Dalits) and Scheduled Tribes (Adivasis). With support from Canadian Jesuits International, the Jesuit-based platform Lok Manch (People's Forum) helps these communities access their legal rights. It also helps raise awareness about climate change, which affects the poor the most. Learn more about Lok Manch and how you can support its efforts: https://bit.ly/44s6xIY

The term "occupied" is misleading when applied to the part of Kashmir under Pakistani administration. According to the partition plan in 1947, the Muslim-majority state of Jammu and Kashmir was expected to accede to Pakistan. However, the Hindu ruler at the time, Maharaja Hari Singh, initially wanted Kashmir to remain independent but later signed the Instrument of Accession to India in October 1947. it is inaccurate to describe the Pakistani-administered parts of Kashmir as "occupied." These areas are considered by Pakistan to be rightfully part of the country, based on the partition plan and the principle of Muslim-majority regions acceding to Pakistan. The term "occupation" is more appropriately applied to the Indian-administered parts of Kashmir, where the local population is engaged in a struggle against what they perceive as an illegal occupation by India.

The Cobra Effect occurs when a solution to a problem ends up worsening the problem. It’s named after a British policy in colonial India that backfired, leading to an increased cobra population instead of decreasing it. It highlights the unintended consequences of well-intentioned actions.
