Why is it mentioned "timely in-market intelligence" if the data presented is to December 2023 and we are now at the end of Feberuary 2024! Although historical trade data is available, it's challenging to discern its commercial value. In today's digital age, farmers and growers lack access to real-time domestic and international trade data. This hampers their ability to make informed decisions that could positively impact farm gate prices. The existing historical data is cumbersome to navigate, requiring considerable time and effort to extract meaningful insights. It's time for Australia to leverage its technological capabilities and develop a user-friendly smartphone application.
