Champion level competitive sports, rates of harassment in dancing, strippers of USC, and intact position of legs (check if all are present): not all of the prominent anonymous alcoholic professors of USC actually knew that I (the prominent anonymous stripper of USC according to Mr Andrew Smith, the director of graduate studies in computational biology) was training seriously in partner dancing and some of my trainers (who trained champions) wanted me to compete because I was according to their estimates too fit for champion titles. But I had no money for comps and spent all of what I had on trainings. Yes, i got to an advanced level very fast. Which brings us back to the point that you better know the person before telling them abusive shit. And not even once. So one interesting statistics: in the US I danced with hundreds and hundreds of people all across LA and the US (when I went to open champs a few times) from champions to beginners, and I swear I had not been verbally or physically harassed not even once, not a single inapproriate hand somewhere. I danced for way too many years to gather some statistics. Well. People who love music since they are born usually probably are good at emotional intelligence. If all of my legs are still intact these days (likely they will be - I am living too close to the Finnish border) I will still.. Dance.

We often discuss doing things we enjoy but can get caught up in our daily routines. It's essential to carve out time for extracurricular activities. I recently did just that, and it was truly an incredible experience! This past weekend, I had the pleasure of performing at the Summer Funk Show organized by the Shiamak Davar Institute of Performing Arts. It marked 30 years since my first performance, making the event even more special. Key learnings through dancing: - Everyone needs to their part well for the group to shine. - It is all about team work and collaboration. - Agility through movement. - Being present in the moment. - Exercising muscle memory. #ExtracurricularActivities #Teamwork #DancePerformance #Agility
