A little self-care goes a long way. 2️⃣ Celebrate Small Wins Progress may look different for each child, but every milestone, no matter how small, is worth celebrating. From the first independent step to a successful doctor’s visit, cherish these moments—they’re powerful reminders of your child’s unique journey. 3️⃣ Lean on Your Community Surrounding yourself with people who understand can make a world of difference. Don’t hesitate to reach out to friends, family, or support groups. We’re all in this together, and sometimes a shared smile or word of advice is all we need. 4️⃣ It’s Okay to Say No You don’t have to accept every invitation, every piece of advice, or every well-meaning suggestion. Trust yourself and your instincts.
