Q: What do you enjoy most about working with our clients, and how does it influence the way you approach your job? A: Making the complex simple. Many challenges do not readily fit "cookie cutter" solutions, understanding both the similarities and differences between our clients' challenges lets Purpose combine skilled team and sophisticated technology in reliable, scalable, and repeatable solutions.... as simply as possible.   Q: What's one trend in our industry you're excited about and why? A: Adoption! After years advocating for the adoption of technology to save dollars and time in eDiscovery, 2023 and 2024 have represented a significant uptick in really driving both interest and adoption. The impetus for that shift may well be (I think it is) the buzz around GenAI, but we are seeing adoption also increase across other AI and analytics solution that have been available, reliable (and greatly underutilized) for a long time.   Q: What inspired you to pursue a career in this industry? A: I've been in the industry too long to answer that. I'll tell you what inspires me to stay in this industry: Challenge and change. I am energized by new challenges or interesting variations challenges previously solved. I think perhaps that reality, more than any other, has made eDiscovery a good fit.     Q: What hobby or interest do you have that might surprise people? A: When time permits, I enjoy turning off all my devices and working on classic cars and trucks.
