They have been supporting production as a lathe machinist for most of their tenure until recently being appointed as the new lathe lead on our day shift. Bob Henry was a shoe in for the role as the team members he works with day-in and day-out all respect him and requested that he be their leader. Since Bob has been appointed as the leader, we have seen an almost overnight change in the team’s mindset as well as energy.
