Here's a way GenAI could enhance the fan experience and drive digital revenue. An experience builder to build a personalized gameday experience. It'd look something like this... Fan Prompt: "I want to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday at the game with our family of four. We want to get there early for pregame warmups, so close parking is important. She is a goalie so any section we can get closer to the goal line would be preferred. Ideally, we are on the shaded side of the stadium. We have about $400 to spend in total." Experience Builder Output: " How exciting! We will make sure our customer service team knows so the usher can surprise her with a little birthday gift. Based on your recommendation, we can reserve you a spot in our Premium lot, and get you tickets in section 123, here's a quick view of the seats. Have you considered a jersey as a surprise gift? What about a fun message on the jumbotron? We can add those on too. With just tickets and parking, your cost is $300, if you add on the jersey and birthday message, it'd be $450" The conversation goes back and forth, but the fan should be able to checkout without having to hop through a ticketing platform, parking platform, e-commerce platform and a web intake form to build out a full experience. Many logistics to coordinate and I know the underlying tech is hard to unify, but I think this is where we should be headed. Agree or way too farfetched? #sportsbiz #linkedinsports #sportstech
Not too far fetched, however there would certainly be some limitations from an operations point of view. This also would have to address a wide range of fans from season ticket holders to casual fans, which provides its own challenges
Love the out of the box thinking, not far-fetched just a more inclusive idea, love the Jumbotron for a birthday announcement to a 10-year-old girl, any age or any person at that matter, love the love keep it going,
This is perfect!

7moI LOVE this so much. It's like your own personal assistant for creating the best possible game day experience. And if all the correct systems are integrated, you avoid having multiple tabs open, needing to talk to (sometimes not very helpful) people, and from the team side, you get a natural way to upsell other packages & experiences.
