𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑳𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍 𝑭𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒅 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏 Eliance Health Solutions plan powered by Penn Medicine includes an integrated wellness plan and employee access to Primary Care Facilities run by Penn Medicine HealthWorks. The great thing about the Healthworks Primary Care Facilities is the providers can spend more time with their patients. One member who wanted to lose weight, but needed coaching connected with one of our dedicated Healthworks providers at the facility in Mount Joy. Because Healthworks providers aren't overburdened with thousands of patients per provider - the member was able to have regular visits and online meetings, and the provider became their weight loss coach - encouraging and adjusting their strategy (which didn't include medication) to get them across the finish line. Healthworks Primary Care Facilities provide same day / next day access to primary care for the employees in our plans. This access comes at a very low cost to the employee in a Hight Deductible Health Plan and $0 copay on PPO plans. If you would like to learn more about Eliance - send me a DM. We're fostering partnerships between the health system - employer & employee that improve financial and health outcomes for everyone!

Perx Health and First Choice Health have joined forces to create a groundbreaking program for high-risk employees, and just six months in, the results are nothing short of exceptional. This collaboration focuses on supporting employees with chronic conditions like obesity, hypertension, pre-diabetes, and mental health issues. The program has already achieved remarkable milestones: a 95% adherence to treatment plans, 145% higher enrollment than anticipated, and an impressive 89% employee satisfaction rate. First Choice Health, a leading healthcare provider in the Northwest, sought to improve health outcomes for its high-risk employees in 2023. Faced with the challenge of addressing multiple chronic conditions in a fragmented healthcare landscape, they turned to Perx Health. Perx’s innovative approach, which combines gamification, daily rewards, and community support, proved to be the perfect solution. Designed for low health literacy and capable of managing multiple chronic conditions simultaneously, Perx’s “one program, all conditions” model ensures comprehensive care for every employee. The program’s success is reflected not only in the impressive adherence and satisfaction rates but also in the words of Kevin Conefrey, VP of HR and Corporate Resources at First Choice Health: “We couldn't be happier with the results. Perx's adherence numbers are fantastic; we over-achieved on enrollment, and our employees enjoy the games and rewards. Everything about the program exceeded my expectations.” With employees loving the program and the executive team celebrating projected annual savings of $1,348 per member, this partnership is a clear win for everyone involved. https://lnkd.in/em5qThxW

Health System Models The Beveridge Model The Beveridge Model of Health Care, named for William Beveridge, the social reformer who designed Britain’s original National Health Service. Like other public services such as the police or education systems, this model of health care is both provided and financed by the government through tax payments. In this system, healthcare facilities can be owned by the Government, but may also be privately owned with Government funding, with the majority of health staff in this model composed of government employees. These systems tend to have low costs per capita, because the government, as the sole payer, controls what healthcare providers can do and what they can charge with benefits generally standardised across the country. Health as a human right, is a central tenant of this model, with universal health coverage and equal access to care guaranteed by the government. The primary criticism of this system is the tendency toward long waiting lists with everyone guaranteed access to health services, often leading to over-utilisation and the risk of increasing costs. Countries using the Beveridge Model or variations on it include Great Britain, where the Beveridge Model was developed, Spain, most of Scandinavia and New Zealand. Hong Kong has its own Beveridge style health care system, which remained in place after the Chinese took over that former British Colony in 1997, while Cuba represents the extreme application of the Beveridge approach with total government control over the healthcare system
